Responsibilities
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for painting projects, considering all aspects of the job, including materials, labor, and timeframes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance on color selection, finishes, and other painting-related decisions.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Uphold the utmost integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, adhering to ethical business practices and maintaining the company’s reputation for honesty and transparency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide customers with the most up-to-date and relevant information.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and painting estimating within the painting industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and application experience in the painting business, including familiarity with different painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to provide accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- A customer-first mentality and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- High level of integrity and ethical values, consistently demonstrating honesty and transparency in all business dealings.

About our company
We are a family owned and operated residential repaint that has been serving Colorado’s painting and remodeling needs since 1994. We currently have several full time positions for highly skilled painters that take pride in their workmanship. We offer steady work year round and don’t force you to work weekends so you can spend it with your family.
All applicants must have their own transportation, organized and communicate effectively all while having a great personality for our customers. Compensation is based on skill-set and experience.
